As details of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) unfold, many of our clients are wondering what Cascade Clean Team is doing to keep you and your home/office safe?

Like you, we are diligently monitoring the CDC for any updates and any changes that might affect the way we serve you and your family.

First and foremost, we have ALWAYS performed safe handling for all our cleaning procedures.

• We use fresh microfiber cleaning cloths and mop heads at each home. 

• We sanitize all the cleaning cloths and mop heads in our office daily.

• Bathroom and kitchen surfaces have always been sanitized and disinfected.

• All caddies are cleaned and sanitized daily.

• We have all our vacuums cleaned and maintained each week. Our teams have also been instructed to spray their vacuums down with disinfectant after every cleaning.

• We encourage and are making our staff stay home when they are sick.

 

What's New

• Starting now, all cleaners will be washing/sanitizing their hands when they both enter and leave your home. If washing is unavailable, they have been provided hand sanitizer.

• We have implemented the use of face masks & disposable latex gloves.

• We encourage you to reschedule your cleaning if you or a household member are showing signs of illness, especially the flu or a fever, so that they will not expose our workforce to illness.

• We will not charge a cancellation fee due to illness during this time.

• We are also going to follow the protocol of the CDC and ask that if you have traveled on a cruise line or out of the country with a CDC Level 2 or 3, that you reschedule your cleaning for an additional 14 days.

• To add an extra layer of safety, we will add disinfecting the door knobs, light switches and other high “touch” areas in the home on each cleaning regardless if it is a standard or custom clean.

• We have added additional non-toxic products that are effective at killing all viruses and bacteria.

• We believe our service is your best line of defense.

• We have always put your home’s health first with continuous training on cross-contamination and thorough procedures for sanitizing and disinfecting. - When you go to work, the grocery store and out to any public location you are exposed to hundreds of people’s germs, but if those germs follow you home, we will clean them up!
